4) The operation should be standardized during the simulation and the measurement must be accurate. The preparation of the standard solution, the absorption of the dyeing solution, the weighing of the proofing yarn, the absorption of various auxiliary agents, and the control of the bath ratio are all required to be strictly regulated. It is best to use an automatic dosing and dripping system for the preparation and absorption of the dye liquor. 5) After the sample is confirmed by the customer, the sample must be duplicated before entering the workshop. The sample should be dyed in accordance with the large production plan, and the dyestuffs and auxiliaries used in the large production should be duplicated as much as possible in the laboratory. s color. For orders with large quantities or high shade requirements, the production department and the proofing company must jointly perform the stakeout before mass production. At the time of stake-out, the relevant technicians of the proofing room and the production department must all be present, track the whole process, record the relevant data, master the first-hand information, and fully understand the color-light biases between the sizes. Based on the color of the loft, analyze the causes of the differences, and make appropriate adjustments to prescriptions before mass production. If there is a big difference between the loft color and the sample, after finding out the reason, you need to re-sample if necessary. By staking out, you can accumulate a lot of data, and long-term accumulation can form lessons that you can learn from. In this way, you can better grasp the size of color shades, reduce lofting, and make large-scale production faster and better.

Stable production

To improve the success rate of dyeing, it is necessary to establish a "zero defect" management system, the operation standard of each process, the inspection of the dyeing process, the on-line management and recording of the dyeing parameters, and the verification method for the additives used for the dyeing and dyeing. Dyeing product quality control methods. Under a sound management system, all production processes can be smoothly and orderly, and the entire production can be operated stably and continuously. Only when the production is stable, the first success rate of dyeing can be guaranteed. For the large-scale production of mercerized wool yarns, the following four aspects should be clarified in management:

1 Each production process must have detailed operating instructions. The operating workers and relevant management personnel must be proficient in the process, and strictly follow the work instructions for production to ensure the normal and accurate operation of the on-site production personnel and the normal operation of the equipment.

2 Pre-staining treatment process, pH value of dyeing, temperature of dyeing, ratio of dyeing bath, time of addition of dyes, additives, temperature, quantity, speed, temperature rise of dyeing, curve of heat preservation, and post-treatment process. Each step of the dyeing must be recorded and can be viewed at any time to ensure that the dyeing process is in full surveillance. If any abnormalities are found, take timely measures to prevent the problem from expanding.

3 Check and inspection of blanks, dyes, various additives, and dyeing water should always be done. Inspection of the incoming yarns of the yarns should be completed, including strength, strips, counts, twists, moisture, pH, yellow and white, and touch. Problems that arise during use, such as broken ends, yarn knots, poor molding, etc., must be promptly reported. New batch numbers of dyes and auxiliaries should be tested for batch errors, and the dye auxiliaries being used in the production process should also be checked regularly. Dyeing water hardness, color, and impurity levels were recorded daily. Each user of the blank yarn and dyestuff auxiliaries in the process of use must carefully verify the inspections, and strictly follow the production subpoena to ensure accuracy.

4 Quality control of dyed products. The pre-dyeing pre-treatment process and the dyeing defects caused by problems in the dyeing stage account for a large proportion, so the key processes related to dyeing must be strictly controlled. The pretreatment must be adequate and reasonable. The pH of the pretreated semi-finished product should be tested. The pH of the dyeing and the temperature of the dyeing must be strictly detected and controlled, otherwise the quality of the finished product cannot be guaranteed. The quality control of wool yarn finished products is mainly: color difference, color fastness, color flower, hand feeling and weaving performance. All five aspects must be strictly controlled and are indispensable.

Proper simulating and stable production are two steps that are necessary to increase the success rate of mercerizing yarn dyeing, and are complementary to each other. Without proper simulating, the stability of production cannot be mentioned. Without stable production, it is difficult to correctly model. Only correct and rapid copying can ensure stable production, and the RFT dyed mercerized yarn can be steadily improved.
