Sergio Rossi's fusion of shape and color

Sergio Rossi's 2015 Spring/Summer collection exhibition was set up as a real living room for girls. In this quaint house, the bedroom has high-heeled shoes for party dresses, gorgeous evening shoes and colorful Fireworks sandals. In the works of the French master Mathie Matisse, the iconic pattern of the source of inspiration was outlined. The finest water snakeskin was selected. The combination of blue and fluorescent white colors created a new Roman sandal and evening heels. .

Reporter: Can you introduce us to your design inspiration for this season?

Design Director Angelo Ruggeri: Well, this season I defined it as "bright and beautiful" because I want to celebrate in some way the integration of "pure shape", "pure silhouette" and color. The whole series is showing The combination of shoe shape and color, the combination of different materials and various colors.

Reporter: What is your approach to the application of shape and color?

Design Director Angelo Ruggeri: Formal research is one of the most basic lessons. The shoe-shaped laboratory creates the foundation of the shoe. Help me to study the shape of shoes, especially the curvature of shoes and the level of heel research has been very persistent. Of course, every quarter will be different. I also like to create unique shoes while changing the artistic value of shoes.

Reporter: Like suede, Roman sandals, although it has already appeared in these years, but you have made another new idea, how did you do it?

Design Director Angelo Ruggeri: I want to let shoes have its own absolute value. Usually shoes are seen as an accessory of clothes. And I want to show my personal design concept through shoes. On the other hand, I also like to emphasize the company's, that is, Sergio Rossi's own technical capabilities and sales innovation capabilities, you understand what I mean by innovation.

Reporter: Is blue still a trend in the coming years?

Design Director Angelo Ruggeri: Blue has always been a classic color, albeit alternating with black, double-sided, elegant, and modern. In my series, I used a special blue, navy blue, because this design inspiration comes from the famous French artist Elma Tecco, a famous French artist.

Reporter: The last question is that when a woman walks in high heels, she will feel very uncomfortable. So what do you think about the "comfortability"?

Design Director Angelo Ruggeri: In my opinion, in today's design, innovation is a must, and the demand for comfort is harsh. Although it is no longer a necessary condition, it is an “essential” issue. It is also this The reason for this is meticulous research. The balance between the shoe type and the heel, and the weight of the shoe itself are closely related. I also tried to make a characteristic shoe shape, coupled with a high heel, with the study of the shoe shape, and finally made a shoe with characteristics and comfort.
